Using the CEREC system, we capture a digital impression of your tooth, design the crown on computer software, and mill it from a solid block of ceramic — all in about an hour. Our Process

Digital Scanning

We capture a highly accurate 3D digital impression of your prepared tooth using an intraoral scanner. No messy putty impressions needed.

Computer-Aided Design

Our software designs your custom crown with precision, matching the shape, size, and colour of your adjacent teeth for a perfect fit.

Milling

The design is sent to our in-house milling machine, which crafts your crown from a solid block of high-grade ceramic in about 20 minutes.

Staining & Glazing

The crown is stained and glazed to match the natural translucency and shade of your surrounding teeth for a seamless blend.

Cementation

Your new crown is tried in, adjusted if needed, and permanently cemented in place — all in the same visit. You leave with a fully restored smile.
